By accessing or using FormShift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including form owners and visitors who interact with FormShift widgets.

2. Description of Service

FormShift provides an AI-powered conversational form builder. Users create chatforms that can be embedded on websites via a script tag. These chatforms collect information from visitors through conversational interactions powered by artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FormShift for unlawful purposes or to collect data without consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Misrepresent AI-generated responses as human interactions where disclosure is required by law

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of FormShift is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As a form owner, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of collected data complies with applicable laws, including obtaining necessary consent from visitors.

6. Intellectual Property

FormShift and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FormShift and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you collect through the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

FormShift is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination upon request.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
