For visitors interacting with FormShift widgets embedded on third-party websites, we collect the information configured by the form owner (e.g., name, email, phone) along with technical metadata such as geographic location, device type, and traffic source.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve FormShift services
- Process and deliver leads to form owners
- Send service-related communications
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security enabled. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and implement access controls to protect your information. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
4. Third-Party Services
FormShift integrates with third-party services including OpenAI for AI-powered conversations, Supabase for data storage, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. The embeddable widget may use localStorage for conversation persistence when enabled by the form owner. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
